Synergies

By definition… syn·er·gy /ˈsinərjē/
noun
plural noun: synergies
the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

So, there are some rather subtle”synergies” of ingredients in the making of wines and spirits. If these synergies are not expertly crafted and maintained, the results can be less than desired. Simultaneously, their are “synergies” between wine and spirit producers and their consumer markets that can result in the manifold success of those organizations that can be far greater than each struggling in their often costly efforts on their own.

David Silverman had formed Grapes to Grains Beverage Consultants LLC with a view towards sharing his vast training and years of industry experience to assist in the active creation of successful synergies between spirits producers and institutional consumers. The results? Highly satisfied public imbibers, happy hotels and other establishments, and supplier/producers that have a continuing successful sales market.
